Great views of the town and surrounding area from the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the town, which makes it quieter than the more central locations.
The hotel is quite far from the city center, which can be inconvenient for those who want to visit the main attractions of the town. The breakfast is mediocre and offers little variety.

The willingness of the owner and staff to help us with all our questions and to even go out of their way to help. Very friendly and helpful. Also had a good breakfast which was included in the price.

The warm welcome and helpfulness from the owner, her enthusiasm and friendliness.
Its location, at least 45 minutes walking distance from Ushuaia points of interest. Yet, very close to the forest for walks. A bit expensive given the location.

Friendly staff, good breakfast selection.
Remote location, outdated facilities. Spent Easter in this hotel and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Nice place. Elenida, the owner of the hostel is very friendly and helpful for a short stay program. She does for the visitor all the reservations for the sea trip and for the visit to the National Park.

The helpful manager of the hotel. Elenilda was fantastic in her recommendation and assistance to us throughout the trip. And everything else was also good. Wifi, breakfast, the view of the city.
The location is off the downtown but not a big problem for us. In fact, enjoyed taking the local bus, quite an adventure on its own.

- The owner and the other personal was really very nice and helpfull - The room was very clean and fresh. There are also good curtains, important while it is light before 4 in the morning!
- The breakfast described as usp (unique selling point) was not that good at all; yoghurt was no real yoghurt, more like fruit drink yoghurt; there was no fresh fruit, it was out of a can. It was really ok, but not so good as we expected when reading the desciption of the hotel - Paying with VISA is possible with a surtax of 10% - When we want to check out, there was no personal present in the hotel. After waiting half an hour we had to go, while out plaine was going

Initially could not connect to the internet, but this was resolved. Room was cramped. Neighbours in adjacent room were noisy until late.
